Hi, my name is Eugene. I learned about real estate at a young age from my mother who served as a building inspector for new york City housing. For over 40 years, my mother advocated for better living conditions for renters. Establishing her own rental portfolio has helped me gain hands on experience. And now, I have taken on the mission of providing better living conditions by giving renters access to modernly designed homes at an affordable price.
